Conditions

  • Commissions operate on an application system. I do not offer waitlisting or reservations at this time.
    • An exception to this rule is made for clients who commission their Model Art through b00_byte, my partnered model artist.
  • Commissions will not be considered prior to finished, ready-to-rig Model Art being provided.
    • Clients must have full ownership and/or permission to use the Model Art provided.
    • Model Art created using generative AI will not be considered.
  • Commissions require all applicants to be 18 years of age or older.

Commercial Use

  • Prices assume commercial use rights for individuals.
    • Work intended for commercial use by non-individuals, such as companies and talent agencies, will be subject to a service charge of an additional 50-100% according to the scale of the project.
    • This service charge includes delivery of the .cmo3 project file, allowing the project to be modified by other riggers if necessary.

  • Commercial use excludes direct resale of the rigged model itself.
    • If you wish to resell the rigged model due to rebranding or other reasons, please contact.

Pricing & Payment

  • Payment will be accepted through Square in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
    • Square requires a card capable of making online purchases, either directly or through Google Pay or Apple Pay.
    • Payment made through Square does not require an account.
    • For non-Canadian residents, please ensure that your payment card is authorized to make international purchases.
  • Please note that, if you are a resident of Canada, I will be required to charge the appropriate GST/HST/PST according to your province of residence.
  • USD prices as listed on this website are based on the current CAD-to-USD conversion rounded up to the nearest $5 USD.
    • This conversion is peformed automatically on page load based on the latest data from the Bank of Canada.
  • After the final price is agreed upon, an invoice will be sent to the client through Square.
  • Please note that the total listed on the invoice will be in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
    • The CAD-to-USD (or other relevant currency) conversion, as of the time of sending, will be listed in the invoice notes.
    • I am not responsible for any fluctuation in conversion rate.
  • At least 50% of the total payment is required before work will begin.
  • The remaining 50% of the total payment is not required until the project is complete.
    • The finished product will not be sent until 100% of the total payment has been received.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are available only before work begins.
    • The initial 50% deposit becomes non-refundable once work begins.
    • If work does not begin immediately after payment, I will contact you before work begins.
  • I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, at any point in the process.
    • A full refund, if applicable, will be provided if I cancel a commission at any point in the process.
